This Privacy Policy explains how Contrast Cube Inc. ("Contrast Cube," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit contrastcube.com or interact with our reservation form and surveys.
This policy does not cover consumer health data (for example, information about injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain you may share with us). That is addressed separately in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, which applies whenever health-related information is involved.

We share personal information only with the service providers who help us run our website and communications, and only for the purposes described in this policy:
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with any other third party for their own independent use.
If you reserve a Contrast Cube or complete a survey, you may receive emails from us, which today are limited to occasional progress updates and will over time include marketing communications about the product.
Every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time by clicking that link or by emailing us at the address in Section 9, and we will honor your request promptly.
Contrast Cube is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. This site and our surveys are appropriate for teenagers and adults to use on their own. If we learn that we've collected personal information from a child under 13 without the required parental consent, we will delete it. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address in Section 9.
Contrast Cube is based in the United States, and the personal information we collect is stored and processed in the United States, primarily through Mailchimp and Typeform. We are not currently targeting visitors outside the United States. If you access our site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your home country.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know what personal information we've collected about you, request a copy of it, request correction or deletion of it, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising).
To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address in Section 9 describing your request. We will respond within 45 days; if we need more time, we'll let you know why. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or until you ask us to delete it. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
